The kinds of research we have carried out for our clients include testing the reaction of mature Bordeaux drinkers to examples of their favourite wine with high doses of residual sugar and testing consumers' reactions to rosé flavour and colour. (This involved asking them to taste while wearing sunglasses so as not to be influenced by the hue of the wine).
Moving beyond research, we launched a "What's My Style" campaign for McGuigan Wines that led to 3,000 consumers using QR Codes to share their tastes in food and wine in return for personalised advice.
